La Brasserie

A French restsurant that dies its talking on the plate

Time Out Says

French restaurants have been the benchmark for culinary excellence for centuries and this ambitious dining spot is no exception. French favourites such as a simple croque monsieur or a sugary crème brûlée are staples and you will find some of the more ambitious dishes in the city, too. Seared sea scallops, pan-fried moullet with a couscous salad or grilled lobster with a chef’s signature linguine are not standard fare. The outside looks basic, but venture inside and you'll find interiors that are artistic, even charmingly homely.
